Chilean Seafood Imports LLC was formed to produce and market a variety of commodity
and value added seafood products for North America.

Our core business is developing private label programs for distributors and supplying
raw materials to value added processors.

We are primary processors of Chilean giant squid (Dosidicus gigas).  Our products include calamari steaks, calamari strips and raw breaded calamari strips all available in our CSI Brand or your private label.

Under the Mediterranean Classics brand we currently produce a San Francisco Style
Crab Cioppino and a Calamari in Marinara Sauce.
